RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

We accept returns/ cancellations from customers who purchased their Pluchi product from our web store www.pluchi.com. We are not able to offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us. Return shipping is free of cost for our customers. We accept return / exchange request if received within 15 days of receipt of the product by the customer.

Items must be in new and unused condition and be sent to us in the original packing with price tags and labels attached. We will not be able to process refunds for products returned with dirt or wear and tear. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. PLUCHI will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Replacement of the same product is validated if you received a damaged or defective item. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the date of initiation of your request to return or exchange the product, to complete the return or exchange process.
